Reports To: HR Manager
Location: Bhopal
Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Assistant supports both human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, HR records, employee relations, as well as general administrative tasks such as office coordination, document management, and communication handling.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Support:
- Assist in posting job advertisements, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, induction, exit formalities).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.
- Help process leave applications, timesheets, and attendance tracking.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and HR communications.
- Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR-related documentation such as contracts, memos, and policies.
Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in filing, scanning, and maintaining both digital and paper-based records.
- Support coordination of company events, training sessions, or staff meetings.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers when required.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Female Preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with standard working hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹29,880.72 per month
