Job Description: Employee Relations / HRBP / HR Operations

We are looking for an experienced
Employee Relations & HRBP professional
with strong exposure to
HR Operations
and a background in IT organizations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of IT workflows and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, conflict resolution, and policy adherence.
  • Act as HRBP for assigned business units—support performance management, employee engagement, and people development.
  • Manage HR Operations including onboarding, exit processes, HRIS updates, documentation, and compliance.
  • Partner with managers to address workforce needs and provide guidance on HR practices.
  • Conduct investigations, support disciplinary actions, and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and L&D teams as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in
    Employee Relations, HRBP, and HR Operations
    within an
    IT organization
    .
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good problem-solving ability and understanding of IT roles/processes.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and and MS Office; ability to handle confidential information professionally.
