Role Description

The Human Resource Manager will oversee the daily operations of the human resource department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and compensation, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Expertise in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
  • Performance Management and Employee Development skills
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws and HR Compliance
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR Software and Systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field; professional HR certification is a plus
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
