Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and people-centric
HR Manager
to lead and manage all core HR functions. This is a Managerial role responsible for overseeing recruitment, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be confident in setting up systems and processes that support a growing team and foster a strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

 Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements

 Drive the performance review cycle, goal-setting, and continuous feedback processes

 Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention Maintain and update HR documentation, records, and HRMS systems

 Support leadership in building a strong, transparent, and performance-driven work culture

 Address employee concerns and act as a liaison between staff and management

 Identify and implement process improvements across the HR function

Required Skills & Qualifications:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

 3–5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR Manager role

 Solid understanding of HR functions, policies, and compliance in the Indian context

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to implement HR systems, frameworks, and review mechanisms

 Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools/HRMS platforms
