Manager Corporate Admin to oversee and manage administrative functions at the Head Office and multiple site locations.
This role will ensure smooth operations of infrastructure, compliance with regulatory requirements, effective site admin team management, and delivery of high-quality employee services.
The position requires a leader who is organized, disciplined, and capable of managing diverse responsibilities across multiple sites.
Responsibilities: -----
- Ensure smooth operations and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for all critical office systems including AC, EPBX, Generator, AHU, ETP/STP, Lifts, Pantry, Xerox Machines, Garden Maintenance, Firefighting Equipment, Electrical Maintenance, Courier Services, Pest Control, CCTV, Car Parking Lift, Visitor Management System, and Solar Systems.
- Manage infrastructure requirements across multiple locations.
- Manage license renewals, inspections, and interactions with regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and monitor the Head Office administrative budget.
- Manage company vehicle purchase, sale, insurance, maintenance, and driver appointments.
- Identify and finalize agreements with transportation agencies.
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, MPCB Act, Labor Laws, POSH guidelines, PF/ESIC/PT, and other statutory requirements.
- Negotiate and manage contracts for security, drivers, and manpower supply.
- Oversee canteen and pantry facilities for employees and guests.
- Control day-to-day petty cash expenses for welfare, purchases, conveyance, and emergencies.
Preferred candidate profile:----
Education: --- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory); MBA in Administration / HR / General Management (Preferred).
Experience: --12 to 15 years of progressive experience in corporate administration, facilities management, and employee services.
