Job Description:

  • As a Business Development Manager at TUV SUD South Asia Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for driving growth through the acquisition of new clients as well as the expansion of existing accounts.
  • Your primary focus will be on identifying and developing strategic partnerships and opportunities within the region.
  • You will conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, engage in relationship building, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Your role will also involve preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and materials.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies.
  • Monitor market developments and adjust strategies accordingly to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development performance.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong understanding of business development principles and strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.

- Proficient in market research and analysis.

- Ability to create compelling proposals and presentations.

- Negotiation and contract management skills.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Previous experience in the industrial services sector or a similar industry is an advantage.
