We are looking for passionate, ambitious, and driven
Business Development Executives (Sales)
who want to build a strong career in the Corporate Sales & are ready to relocate to Lucknow.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving student enrollments, conducting consultations with parents, understanding their needs, and recommending the right Oratrics programs (Public Speaking, Creative Writing, Leadership, MathX, Financial Literacy, and AI Skills).

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with leads generated by the marketing team

  • Understand parents' requirements and recommend suitable Oratrics programs

  • Schedule and manage demo sessions between parents and trainers

  • Achieve weekly & monthly enrollment targets

  • Maintain accurate data and CRM records

  • Coordinate with operations & academic teams for smooth onboarding

  • Deliver excellent customer experience to parents across India, USA, Canada, UK & Middle East

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous

  • Relevant experience in sales or business development is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills (English) to deal with International Clients worldwide.

  • Comfortable with outbound calling & sales conversations

  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and driving sales initiatives

  • Experience in Account Management and fostering client relationships

  • Strong Communication skills for client interactions and presentations

  • Understanding of business strategies and market trends

  • Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
