Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Business Development Executive. The main responsibilities include identifying and developing opportunities for new business, generating leads, managing client accounts, and developing effective communication strategies to build strong relationships with customers and partners. The role requires exploring and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development, Lead Generation, and identifying market opportunities
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Strategy
- Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in Account Management to effectively oversee client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth
