Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Lucknow. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and contributing to the revenue growth of the company. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing business strategies, reaching out to potential clients, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and client relationship management
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques
- Team collaboration and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or client engagement
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using business tools such as Excel
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
