Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales and client engagement, and a keen interest in international B2B markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients in domestic and international B2B markets.
- Generate and manage business leads through research, calls, emails, and professional networking.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable consultancy or project solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and project documents.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Support marketing and business outreach activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and digital campaigns.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for client interaction are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
- Exposure to international or B2B markets will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with online research and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
