Position Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executives (BDE/BDA) to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves driving student enrollments, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our specialized training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Convert leads into enrollments by presenting and selling relevant courses.
  • Counseling: Guide prospects to understand the value and career opportunities of our programs.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong connections with students and professionals.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and enrollment goals.
  • Market Insights: Track industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine strategies.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify student needs and recommend suitable training programs.
  • CRM Management: Keep detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 0-3 years of experience in inside sales/business development (EdTech experience preferred).
  • Fluency in English + any 2 additional languages.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
