Job Role: Digital Marketing Executive (Construction, Real Estate & Interiors)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage and scale the online presence of our Construction, Real Estate, and Interior verticals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate quality leads, build brand visibility, and engage our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored for each vertical – Construction, Real Estate, and Interiors.
Identify target audiences and create campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
Content & Branding
Manage and create content for websites, blogs, Google My Business pages, and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Coordinate photo, video, and creative content shoots showcasing projects, testimonials, and services.
Performance Marketing
Plan and run Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI.
Monitor, track, and optimize SEO and SEM efforts for better visibility.
Social Media & Community Management
Handle daily posting, engagement, and growth on social platforms.
Build positive brand perception through reviews, client stories, and regular updates.
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaboration
Work closely with sales, design, and project teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and influencers when required.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing (real estate/construction/interiors preferred).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GMB optimization.
Excellent written and visual content creation skills.
Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools is a plus.
Creative, analytical, and target-driven mindset.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Increase in website traffic and engagement.
Growth in social media followers and activity.
Consistent flow of qualified leads.
Improved search rankings and GMB visibility.
ROI on paid campaigns.
