Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand and Client brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns that drive engagement, creating posts, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and web teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build online communities.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in digital marketing.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies.
  • Hands-on experience with paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, hashtags, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Creative writing skills for captions and ad copies.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools (preferred).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
