We are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Assistant to support the end-to-end marketing and sales activities of our residential apartment project. The role involves coordinating campaigns, managing leads, assisting with events, and ensuring brand consistency across digital and on-ground channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-site platforms.

  • Manage incoming leads: track, update, and follow up using CRM tools.

  • Coordinate with design, digital, and sales teams to ensure timely rollout of creatives and promotions.

  • Support event planning and site activation activities (open houses, broker meets, etc.).

  • Maintain marketing collateral — brochures, hoardings, and online listings.

  • Compile weekly performance reports and analytics on campaign effectiveness.

  • Engage with brokers, partners, and clients for information sharing and feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in real estate or property sales.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with social media marketing, CRM tools, and MS Office.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
