What You'll Do

  • Assist and own our
    YouTube growth strategy - Rocket Health
  • Drive
    subscriber growth, watch time, retention, CTR, and engagement
    .
  • Plan and manage content calendar: frequency, formats, playlists, and uploads.
  • Optimize content for
    YouTube SEO
    : metadata, titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions.
  • Run
    A/B testing
    on thumbnails, titles, and posting schedules.
  • Track and analyze
    audience behavior + analytics
    to refine strategy in real time.

You're perfect if:

  • You are a YouTube native and think in videos
  • You believe in the fast execution of ideas
  • You have an eye for YouTube trends and creative concepts that can be executed fast
  • Ability to take up ownership of projects and see to that they are executed end-to-end
  • You are someone who loves to interact with new people
  • You have a creative mind

Requirements for the role:

  • 1-2 years
    of proven experience managing and scaling YouTube channels.
  • Strong understanding of
    YouTube algorithms and audience behavior
    .
  • Proficiency with
    YouTube Studio, Analytics, Google Trends, TubeBuddy, VidIQ
    .
  • Balance of
    creative storytelling + data-driven decision making
    .
  • Proactive, independent, and growth-focused mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience with an infotainment channel.

In the form, you will also be asked to upload a 1-2 min self-recorded video  telling us why you are a good fit for the role/your experience - as a file or an unlisted YouTube video.
