We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (EdTech)

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team
This role is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to kickstart their career in sales and business development while working in a fast-growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships in the EdTech space.
Sales Support: Assist in reaching sales targets through calls, emails, and industry interactions.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and suggesting solutions.
Market Awareness: Stay updated with EdTech trends and competitors to position our solutions better.
Product Knowledge: Learn about our offerings and present them confidently to prospects.
Proposals & Presentations: Support in creating proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
Collaboration: Work with sales & marketing teams to align business development efforts.
Follow-Up & Reporting: Track leads, update CRM, and share progress reports regularly.
Required Skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation ability
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite & CRM tools (preferred)
Interest in EdTech and its emerging trends
Qualifications
MBA in Marketing or related discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/business development are welcome
Passion for education technology and willingness to grow in a sales career
