Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our growing digital marketing agency. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and account expansion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of digital marketing services, and the ability to pitch solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and events.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and pitch customized digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, Branding, Programmatic Ads, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, and technical) to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales decks tailored to different industries and client segments.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM tools regularly.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor strategies, and emerging business opportunities.
- Represent the agency at industry events, expos, and networking platforms to build visibility and generate leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and how they add value to businesses.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Goal-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Prior experience selling digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, Programmatic, Social Media, Branding).
- Existing network of potential clients or industry connections.
- Experience with proposal drafting and RFP responses.
