About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital

presence and drive impactful real estate marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for someone with

a strong creative vision, deep knowledge of social media trends, and proven expertise in lead

generation within the property market.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies tailored for the real estate industry,

aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and high-quality lead generation.


• Manage daily activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging

platforms to ensure consistent brand visibility.


• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals, property

launches, events, and campaigns.


• Create and execute engaging, trend-led content such as reels, stories, carousels, and

professional LinkedIn thought-leadership posts.


• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and digital innovations to deliver fresh,

creative, and high-performing campaigns.


• Leverage AI tools & automation (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, etc.) for smarter content

creation, scheduling, and analytics.


• Track performance using social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer,

Sprout Social), and optimize strategies to maximize ROI & conversions.


• Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to integrate organic and paid

strategies for seamless lead generation.


• Build the company's digital reputation through innovative campaigns, brand storytelling, and

strategic community management.

Key Requirements


• 3–6 years of proven social media marketing experience, ideally in the Real Estate / Property

sector.


• Strong understanding of real estate buyer personas and audience engagement strategies,

particularly in Dubai/UAE markets.


• Excellent command of LinkedIn content strategy for professional branding and authority-

building.
• Hands-on expertise with AI-driven content tools and analytics platforms.


• A creative storyteller with outstanding copywriting, content ideation, and visual strategy

skills.


• Ability to design and execute organic growth strategies while aligning with lead generation

KPIs.


• Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns and integration with organic content.


• Strong communication, time management, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced,

high-growth environment.
