**JOB DESCRIPTION-**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing and business objectives.
- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- **Should have experience in Pabbly**:

- Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube And others.
- Conduct social media analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of our social media activities and adjust our strategy as needed.
- Engage with our social media followers and build relationships with key influencers in our industry.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company s social content
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster meaningful interactions to build a strong online community.
- Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite and analytics to track performance, generate reports, and provide insights for optimizing future strategies.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations, guidelines, and policies governing social media marketing to ensure compliance.
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and engaging content.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for effective engagement and content creation.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Participate and support Manager in MKT planning decision-makin. Contribute ideas, research and develop new forms;
- Ensure KPIs according to weekly/monthly targets;

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (required)
