Job Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce our products/services to customers and explain their benefits.
- Effectively communicate the features, pricing, and offers related to our offerings.
- Engage in consultative selling to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions of the database.
- Handle objections and address customer queries in a professional and informative manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the strategic alliance team to schedule appointments or follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly calling targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competition to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
