Job Profile -
Ensure Sales through Channels (Brokers & Alternate Channels) at active projects. To maintain & expand organizations database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel
Key Responsibilities -
1.To ensure each segment & project meets the sales targeted from channels
2.To develop & drive the channel sales team comprising of the core team at the corporate office & a team distributed at project sites (direct reporting to this role & dotted-line reporting to respective site head)
3.To meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter 4.To ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners 5.To implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners
6.To ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones
7.To liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners
8.To prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions & planning channel partner events around the same
9.To develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners
10.To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners
11.To oversee organization of channel-related events
12.To leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches
- To ensure constantly improving channel partner experience.
