Guest Service Associate – Front Office

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Guest Service Associate to join our team at Hotel Paandora Grand. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to guests' needs.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide informed support.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex guest complaints and concerns.
- Basic knowledge of front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignment.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
