Business Devlopment Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase student enrollment and expand the school's reach.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with corporate organizations, educational consultants, and community groups.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare and present growth reports, projections, and enrollment analytics to senior management.
2. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns highlighting the school's IB programmes.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, social media engagement, and content creation to attract new families.
- Organize open houses, school fairs, and community outreach events.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials that reflect the school's brand identity and IB philosophy.
3. Admissions Collaboration
- Work closely with the admissions team to align business development goals with recruitment strategies.
- Develop lead generation pipelines and monitor conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment.
- Ensure a high-quality experience for prospective families throughout the admissions journey.
4. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, local businesses, and international education agencies.
- Represent the school professionally at networking events, education exhibitions, and conferences.
