**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Research and identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify potential clients to assess their needs and potential for long-term partnerships.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend solutions that align with the company’s services/products.
- Manage client inquiries and follow-up on sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- **Sales and Revenue Growth**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth transitions from prospect to customer.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, including revenue, client acquisition, and retention rates.
- **Market Analysis & Competitor Insights**:
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to refine campaigns and messaging.
- Identify areas for improvement in products, services, and sales approaches based on client feedback and market conditions.
- **Proposal & Contract Management**:
- Prepare and present detailed business proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Work with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance) to draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts and agreements.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales presentations, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with project management and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client contracts and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to management on business development activities, sales performance, and pipeline status.
- **Networking & Event Participation**:
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and build new business contacts.
- Participate in business development seminars, workshops, and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry standards.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies as needed.
