We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Microsoft's Modern Work and Security (MWP) products and solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about helping businesses leverage technology to succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and Nurture Leads: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and emailing, to identify and qualify new business opportunities for Microsoft's Modern Work and Security solutions.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals, while achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Cultivate Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing them with expert, consultative guidance on how MWP solutions can address their business challenges.
- Deep Product Expertise: Master the Microsoft Modern Work and Security portfolio, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), and Defender.
- CRM and Reporting: Maintain a high level of data accuracy by diligently entering and updating all sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to ensure a smooth customer experience and a cohesive sales strategy.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and the broader IT landscape to refine your sales approach.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in B2B inside sales or a related role, with a focus on selling IT software or cloud solutions. Experience with Microsoft products, particularly MWP, is a significant advantage.
Skills:
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence.
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and other relevant sales and office productivity tools.
- Resilience and Drive: Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to identify customer needs and troubleshoot challenges.
Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
