Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at Cloudstok Technologies Private Limited in Noida and Dehradun. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
· Looking for candidates who are passionate about cloud software sales. We are looking for energetic, persistent Inside Sales representatives
· Connect and engage with pre-generated leads via outbound calls (approx calls)
· Profiling of the database that includes both primary and secondary methods of research
· Create and follow-up on qualified leads, build and nurture relationships, schedule initial meetings
· Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales
· Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs

- Account Management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
