Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identifying potential customers through calls, emails, and online research.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach – Initiating conversations with prospective clients to pitch products/services.
  • Client Communication – Handling inbound inquiries, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions.
  • Product/Service Pitching – Explaining features, benefits, and pricing to convince clients.
  • Sales Conversion – Nurturing leads, handling objections, and closing sales deals.
  • CRM Management – Maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
  • Follow-ups – Regularly following up with potential and existing clients to drive sales.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team – Coordinating with field sales and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
  • Target Achievement – Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Feedback – Sharing customer insights, competitor activities, and market trends with management.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Building strong long-term relationships to increase retention and upselling opportunities.
