Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, and closing sales primarily via phone, email, and online meetings. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to generate new sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customer.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations virtually.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Follow up with leads and conduct ongoing customer follow-up to close sales.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
