Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales through phone, email, and online communication. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch products/services.
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
