Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, optimize workflows, and implement changes that drive business results.

Job Requirements :

  • 9-14 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (e.g., direct sales, BPO sales).
  • Proven track record of success in inbound/outbound telesales or similar environments.
  • Strong understanding of the internet industry landscape and current market trends.
  • Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
