Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook high-quality pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring minimal waste.
  • Develop and implement effective food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (Pastry) or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry dough preparation, baking techniques, and decorating methods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and adhere to high standards of quality.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
