Role Overview:
We're looking for a confident and persuasive Business Development Executive who can build strong relationships with schools, get appointments with principals, and help us organize student seminars across Delhi NCR.
You'll be the face of Airolus Academy on-ground — connecting, convincing, and closing
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit schools in the assigned areas and introduce Airolus Academy.
- Schedule appointments with principals or career counselors for seminar discussions.
- Pitch the seminar benefits effectively and secure permissions to conduct sessions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Confident in approaching new people (principals, coordinators, etc.).
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and organized.
- Comfortable traveling within Delhi NCR.
- Previous experience in education sales, admissions, or field marketing is a plus.
