  • The Role: Business Development Executive

  • In this role, you'll be speaking to high performing men, understanding their problems, building connections, and recommending them the most suitable products/services that the company has for their situation. This isn't just a job — it's your chance to be part of something

  • Location:
    The position is in our Saket, New Delhi office and the ideal candidate will be living in the Delhi/NCR region or willing to move to Delhi/NCR.

  • Pay:
    This is a role that includes Salary and performance based Incentives. The pay will depend on your skills, work experience, and the results that you drive. The incentive structure is uncapped with the only limit being the results that you drive.

  • Hours:
    This is a full-time position and work from office

What Kind Of Qualifications Do You Need?

  • 1-3 years of Business Development/Sales Experience/Client-facing role experience with a proven track record of owing individual and team targets
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup is a big plus.
  • An ideal candidate would have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to hold an interesting conversation, high level of ownership and leadership skills.
  • Should have a proven track record of driving success and results in your career.

Some of the Specific Role Functions:

  • Understanding customer needs and requirements through text queries, calls, and in certain cases virtual or physical meetings.
  • Prospect call preparation including customer background research and other pertinent lead information.
  • Identify customers' buying trends and provide reports to management.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain CRM information on leads & prospects.
  • Be the brand ambassador of IML in all official and unofficial events.
