Business Development Executive

We are looking for the Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth through sales and strategic partnerships. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
 - Generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
 - Present company products/services to prospective clients.
 - Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
 - Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
 - Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
 - Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
 - Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and track targets.
 - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
 
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
 - Experience: 0–2years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
 - Required Skills:
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
 - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
 - Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
 - Goal-oriented with good time management skills.
 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
