Role Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our Delhi office to drive client acquisition, lead nurturing, and coordination with OEMs and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in business development or inside sales within the IT industry, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience in preparing quotations and managing B2B client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital platforms
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions and services
- Coordinate with OEMs (Cisco, HP, Juniper, etc.) and vendors for pricing and solution support
- Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation
- Conduct pre-sales follow-ups, schedule client meetings, and manage product demonstrations
- Maintain updated client and opportunity records in CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and operations teams for smooth deal execution
- Support bid documentation, RFP responses, and client onboarding activities
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Pre-Sales (preferably in the IT domain)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in dealing with OEMs, IT vendors, or channel partners preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Must be comfortable with a 100% onsite role at the Delhi office.
