Role Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and managing client accounts to drive company growth. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients, delivering well-crafted proposals, and representing the company's offerings to prospects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka, requiring collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional client solutions. Compensation: 15,000-20,000 per month (depending on skills and Experience) + Sales incentive.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0-2 years
- Skill in New Business Development and effective Lead Generation
- Business acumen and Account Management expertise
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction and collaboration
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple projects effectively
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in sales, consulting, or business development is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and business reporting tools is advantageous
