About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Executive
to drive growth both online (LinkedIn outreach & YouTube) and offline (client meetings, partnerships, events). The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and skilled at building strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through
    LinkedIn networking, outreach campaigns, and digital engagement
    .
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through
    in-person meetings, events, and partnerships
    in Delhi & NCR.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and market presence.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients, decision-makers, and business verticals.
  • Prepare and deliver effective business presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed business development targets.
  • Maintain regular reporting on leads, conversions, and market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 years of experience in
    Business Development / Sales / Client Relations
    (preferred).
  • Strong communication and networking skills (both online and offline).
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
