About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Executive
to drive growth both online (LinkedIn outreach & YouTube) and offline (client meetings, partnerships, events). The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and skilled at building strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through
LinkedIn networking, outreach campaigns, and digital engagement
. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through
in-person meetings, events, and partnerships
in Delhi & NCR. - Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and market presence.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, decision-makers, and business verticals.
- Prepare and deliver effective business presentations and proposals.
- Achieve and exceed business development targets.
- Maintain regular reporting on leads, conversions, and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in
Business Development / Sales / Client Relations
(preferred). - Strong communication and networking skills (both online and offline).
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
