Job Title: Business Development Executive – UAV & DeepTech Solutions(Also known as: Channel Partnership Executive | Partner Development Manager | Institutional Sales Executive)
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA preferred (specialization in Marketing, Business Development, or related fields)
Location: Chennai
Experience Range: 2 – 5 years in Business Development, Channel Sales, Institutional Sales, or Partner Management
CTC Range (Lower and Upper Limit): 30000 to 40000 PM (Negotiable based on profile)
JD:
· Develop and manage a strong partner ecosystem — system integrators, resellers, distributors, and alliances.
· Forge collaborations with universities and institutions to establish Drone Centers of Excellence.
· Drive business growth through B2B partnerships, institutional sales, and partner enablement programs.
· Plan and execute joint events, workshops, and demand generation campaigns.
· Submit sales reports, partner performance updates, and market insights to leadership.
· Travel extensively to engage partners, meet clients, and develop new collaborations.
Preferred Profile:
· Experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Institutional Sales, or Partner Management.
· Preferred background: Drones, UAV, Wireless Solutions, IT, Cybersecurity, or EdTech B2B tie-ups.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and open to extensive travel.
· Knowledge of UAV technologies is a plus, but training will be provided.
