Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and drive business growth through our e-commerce platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store, developing and executing marketing strategies, and analyzing sales performance to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. E-commerce Platform Management:

  2. Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento) for user experience, conversion rates, and sales growth.

  3. Ensure seamless integration with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, shipping providers).

  4. Digital Marketing:

  5. Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.

  6. Manage email marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

  7. Product Management:

  8. Manage product listings, descriptions, and images to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  9. Collaborate with product teams to develop product roadmaps and optimize product offerings.

  10. Sales Performance Analysis:

  11. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

  12. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales growth and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:

  2. 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.

  3. Skills:

  4. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and sales analytics.

  5. Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.

  6. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms.

  7. Education:

  8. Bachelor's degree in related field.

Nice to Have:

  1. Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Ads certifications.

  2. Experience with: Marketing automation tools, CRM software, or data analysis tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
