Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit and Zepto
. With our fast growth, we are looking for an
E-commerce Manager (Key Accounts)
who can drive sales, manage marketplace relationships, and execute performance-driven ad campaigns.
Location:
Punjabi Bagh, Delhi
Salary:
₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Experience:
4-6 years in
E-commerce Sales / Key Account Manager
(Consumer Electronics / Mobile Accessories industry preferred)
Office Timings-
10AM To 7PM
Working Days-
Monday To Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Management:
- Handle day-to-day operations on
Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Shopify, Blinkit, and Zepto
. - Manage
POs, ASNs, returns, replacements, SKU cataloging, listings, and A+ content
. - Coordinate with category managers and vendor managers from each marketplace.
- Ads & Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and optimize
Sponsored Product Ads, CPC Ads, Banner Ads, Lightning Deals, Coupons, Promotions, and Brand Store campaigns
across marketplaces. - Monitor ad ROI and ensure targeted growth.
- Handle
SEO for listings
to improve product visibility. - Sales & P&L Ownership:
- Manage
category P&L
and ensure revenue, margins, and growth targets. - Identify growth hacking strategies to scale business on marketplaces and quick commerce.
- Track competition pricing, offers, and trends.
- Quick Commerce Focus:
- Drive presence on
Blinkit and Zepto
with product listings, inventory planning, and demand forecasting. - Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) supply and delivery SLAs are met.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate
daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
. - Forecast demand and track order performance.
- Provide insights into
ads ROI, competition analysis, and category growth
.
Advanced Excel Skills (E-commerce Focus)
- VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP:
To fetch pricing, SKU codes, stock levels, and reconcile data. - Pivot Tables:
To prepare marketplace-wise P&L, ads ROI, and inventory dashboards. - MIS Reporting:
Marketplace sales analysis, category growth reports, and SKU profitability. - Data Cleaning & Automation:
Handling bulk data from Amazon/Flipkart panels for reporting accuracy.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of proven experience
in
E-commerce / Quick Commerce Sales
(Consumer Electronics, Mobile Accessories preferred). - Hands-on knowledge of
Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other portals
. - Strong experience in
ads campaign management
(CPC, Sponsored, Banner, Deals, Coupons). - Excellent
Excel skills
with ability to generate MIS reports and analyze sales performance. - Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and vendor negotiation experience.
- Ability to work in a
fast-growing startup
and manage
end-to-end e-commerce growth independently
.
