Role & responsibilities


• Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies across multiple platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Pepperfry, and Quick Commerce platforms.

  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to align e-commerce goals with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (sales, ROI, conversion rates, etc.) and implement optimization strategies.
  • Identify new e-commerce opportunities, partnerships, and marketplaces to expand business reach.
  • Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and ensure compliance with platform policies.
  • Lead digital campaigns and promotional strategies to maximize sales and visibility.
  • Supervise the e-commerce team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Ensure smooth inventory management, pricing strategies, and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).


• 7+ years of experience in e-commerce management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.


• Proven track record of scaling e-commerce businesses across multiple platforms.


• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience in data-driven decision making.


• Hands-on experience with marketplace portals such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, and Quick Commerce apps.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications


• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.


• Experience in premium/luxury product categories.


• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and performance analytics.


• Experience in managing P&L responsibilities for e-commerce business units.
