Syvo Digital Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing startup based in Delhi, offering electronic accessories like earbuds, tripods, and mobile stands. Our brand Syvo & Tygot specializes in Camera accessories, tripods, selfie sticks, and mobile accessories.

We sell across Amazon Vendor Central (B2B), Flipkart, Jio mart and Quick Commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit. To strengthen our finance team, we are hiring a Senior E-commerce Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and compliance.

Role Overview

The Senior E-commerce Accountant will be responsible for handling all e-commerce financial operations, including invoice validation, E-commerce portal payment reconciliations, vendor settlements, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate must be proficient in Tally Prime and advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting for e-commerce operations (Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart, Quick Commerce).
  • Perform e-commerce portal invoice & payment reconciliations (sales, returns, deductions, commission charges, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records of revenue, expenses, and stock accounting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports including P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances are met.
  • Track vendor payments, settlements, and credit notes.
  • Oversee inventory accounting, stock valuation, and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold).
  • Generate and analyze MIS reports, sales reports, and performance KPIs using Excel.
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams for smooth coordination of finance activities.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements in accounting & reconciliation.

Requirements

  • 5- 6 years of accounting experience (E-commerce / Consumer Electronics / Retail industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce portal reconciliations (Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart, Quick Commerce).
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime for accounting.
  • Advanced skills in Excel VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
