Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor client Amazon accounts to ensure optimal performance.
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings with relevant keywords, titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and product availability.
  • Run Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) and optimize for better ROI.
  • Analyze sales performance reports and make data-driven decisions for growth.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to develop engaging A+ content and brand storefronts.
  • Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback on the Amazon platform.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and procedures to avoid penalties or suspensions.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for clients and internal review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 1–2 years in managing Amazon Seller Central/AMS.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization, FBA/FBM processes, and A+ content.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaigns and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Brand Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver results under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience working in an e-commerce/digital marketing agency.
  • Knowledge of other marketplaces like Flipkart, Meesho, or Myntra is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
