    **Experience: 2+ years in E-commerce Management**

**Responsibilities:**

As an E-commerce Manager, you will play a key role in driving the online sales strategy and presence of our company on various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing product listings, optimizing content, and enhancing the overall customer experience on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and others.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. **Platform Management:**

  2. Oversee and manage our product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and other e-commerce platforms.

  3. Ensure accurate and compelling product information, including titles, descriptions, and images.

  4. **Sales Optimization:**

  5. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue on e-commerce platforms.

  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

  7. **Content Optimization:**

  8. Optimize product content, ensuring it aligns with platform guidelines and effectively communicates the value proposition to customers.

  9. **Inventory Management:**

  10. Coordinate with the inventory and logistics team to maintain optimal stock levels on e-commerce platforms.

  11. Implement strategies to minimize out-of-stock situations and excess inventory.

  12. **Customer Engagement:**

  13. Manage customer reviews and ratings on various platforms, responding promptly to customer inquiries and feedback.

  14. **Marketing and Promotions:**

  15. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns on e-commerce platforms.

  16. **Competitor Analysis:**

  17. Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in E-commerce Management.

  • Proven track record of managing product listings and driving sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and other major e-commerce platforms.

  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preference:**

  • Candidates with previous experience in cosmetics & Beauty will be given preference.

**Salary:**

  • The salary for this position will start from 30k, but it will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

**Location Requirement:**

  • Candidates must be currently residing in Delhi, India.
