About PERCH :

We're looking to hire a immediate joiner for the role of E-commerce Operations Executive in our e-commerce operations team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage daily orders across platforms like Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Ajio, etc.
  • Monitor and update stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations
  • Handle customer queries, returns, exchanges & complaints — keeping satisfaction high
  • File claims for fraudulent returns & resolve order discrepancies
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely shipping & accurate deliveries
  • Maintain records for orders, inventory & customer communications

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations (fashion/lifestyle sector is a plus)
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Ajio, etc.
  • Familiarity with order management software like Easycom and Unicommerce
  • Basic understanding of inventory and fulfillment workflows
  • Strong communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Female candidates preferred

Office Location :

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Office Timings : 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
