About the Role

Janus Koncepts, a 20+ year-old marketing and communication agency, is looking for a Campaign Manager with hands-on experience in E-commerce and Quick Commerce performance marketing. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize paid campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart, driving visibility, traffic, and sales through data-driven strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute & optimize campaigns across e-commerce & quick commerce platforms.
  • Drive sales and ROI through strategic performance marketing initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, analyze data, and report on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with brand, creative & analytics teams for seamless execution.
  • Stay updated on marketplace trends, tools, and best practices.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce/quick commerce advertising.
  • Proven success with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart.
  • Strong analytical & Excel/Google Analytics skills.
  • Excellent communication & project management abilities.
