Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and grow online sales across Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, BigBasket, and other e-commerce platforms.

  2. Handle product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

  3. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, Instagram, etc.).

  4. Coordinate photoshoots, creatives, and brand marketing collaterals.

  5. Analyze data and performance metrics to increase ROI and visibility.

  6. Manage inventory coordination and ensure smooth order processing.

  7. Explore new e-commerce channels and growth opportunities.

  8. Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and drive brand reputation.

  9. Work with founders to plan and execute marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business, or E-commerce.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, Blinkit Seller Panel, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.

· Knowledge of SEO, marketplace trends, and online consumer behavior.

· Excellent communication and analytical skills.

· Creative, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
