Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and qualification efforts for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and setting up meetings for the sales team.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly motivated, has strong communication skills, and enjoys engaging with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Research and identify potential clients who align with our target market.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and follow up consistently.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and update lead statuses.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand potential client needs.
- Educate prospects about Elevate Ecosystem's offerings and value proposition.
- Handle initial objections and position our solutions effectively.
- Track key performance metrics (calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, etc.).
- Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates and outreach effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in a SaaS or B2B sales environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
