Job Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to build a strong pipeline of potential customers for our sales team. This is an entry- to junior-level position ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to break into tech sales or grow in a sales career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and research potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, CRM, and email databases.
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
- Follow up on inbound leads and conduct initial discovery calls to assess fit.
- Schedule meetings/demos between qualified leads and the Account Executive (AE) team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and outreach activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 03 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
