Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Key Account Executive. The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, providing product information and support, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Key Account Executive will analyze market trends, track competitors, and provide insights to improve company offerings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
  • Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development skills
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills to track market trends and competitor activities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, especially ophthalmology, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field ok
